BARALIKAADU – Distance from Coimbatore – 70 kms
Reach through Karamadai – Velliyankadu – Mulli – Baralikadu
Although Baralikadu has become familiar with people, it still is a wonderful place that is ideal for a day trip. Well maintained by forest department, the Forest Department along with the local tribes conducts campaigns where you can enjoy the Parisal rides, Swim, Eat Tribal food etc. To book your trip, you have to contact the Forest Department.
2.KODIVERI FALLS
KODIVERI FALLS -Distance from Coimbatore – 75 kms
Reach through Annur – Puliyampatti – Sathyamangalam – Kodiveri
Kodiveri, a small Dam and Waterfall is a good place to visit with family for a day trip. Popular among locals, Bathing & Swimming in the falls is itself a memorable experience. In dry seasons water will be less. Best time to visit – September to December
3.SILENT VALLY NATIONAL PARK

4.Manjoor-Ooty
Manjoor-Ooty- Distance from Coimbatore – 90 kms
Reach through Anaikatti – Attapadi – Mulli – Manjoor
Manjoor lies in the mid point of one of the less travelled but the most beautiful routes to Ooty from Coimbatore. It is one of the most beautiful places in Nilgiris situated near the even more beautiful Avalanche & Upper Bhavani. Visit Avalanche, Upper Bhavani Dam but you will need DFO permissions to go but Worth visiting.
5.Parambikulam
PARAMBIKULAM- Distance from Coimbatore – 100 kms
Reach through Pollachi – Anaimalai – Sethumadai – Top slip – Parambikulam
Parambikulam Tiger Reserve Forest is a biologically rich ecological portion in the Southern Western Ghats. Forest Department has taken over the reserve forest and allowing people for different kinds of activities like Trekking, Safari, Jungle Camp experience etc.
6.GERMALAM – HASANUR
GERMALAM – HASANUR – Distance from Coimbatore – 100 kms
Reach through Annur – Sathyamangalam – Hasanur – Germalam
